Nepal to import power from India to overcome power crisis
Nepal will import 20 Mega Watt power from Tanakpur in India to overcome its severe power crisis.

The total duration of daily power failure in Nepal is to reach close to 16 hours next month, from the current 12 hours black out.

Meanwhile the recently completed 70 MW capacity Middle-Marsyangdi Hydropower Project in Nepal is scheduled to become fully operational after two weeks.
