C&C Constructions, BSCPL jv bags order for works in Afghanistan

Infrastructure construction companies C&C Constructions and BSCPL Infrastructure, in a joint venture, have secured an order worth $126.94 million from the Indian government for undertaking infrastructure-related works in Afghanistan.
Under the contract, both companies will jointly undertake the construction of the buildings for the Afghan Parliament and a new Indian Chancery in Kabul.
The Afghan Parliament building would be built in 36 months, while the Indian Chancery building within 16 months.
